  • Mini of Tempe is an amazing dealership. My service advisor Doug O'Donnel has always been gracious, patient and accommodating. I recently had a high level service issue that ran all the way up to the General Manager, Michelle Petrenko. She delivered off the hook world class customer service! Her follow up, timely assistance, results oriented approach and empathy are unheard of in your current view of car dealerships. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone considering a MINI. The mold has been broken for me, this dealership acts more like Apple than a car dealer. I will be a long term fan of MOT! Go see for yourself! Greg
