Had to use this company for warranty service. Last year took Will 6 times to come out. He finally got Kyle to come out 7th time to fix problem. Fast forward to June 2016 Will came out to fix freezer. 6/30 told me there is mo problems with freezer. Then mid July ended up paying home warranty to see me look at freezer who then said there is a freon leak...so had to call code red because fridge is under warranty. Kyle came out found the leak within 10 mins and getting a new compressor. When I asked for compensation for having to use home warranty the owner laughed at me and told me that it was my choice to call someone else and then it came full circle back to them...because it is under warranty and that's who does the warranty work...I asked the warranty through kitchen aid to send another company for second opinion. Was told that code red is the only company for the service area. If I had to pay for these service I would definitely recommend against using this company for any of you appliance needs. Terrible customer service and terrible quality of work.
