  • Totally disappointed in this office. Due to an insurance switch with my company I was forced to change from Contemporary Care for Women (Which I HIGHLY recommend). I had an annual exam this year in March, was told when walking out the door that there was no-copay since it was a yearly exam. Received a phone call 3 days later that my PAP had come back with some issues and that I needed to come back in the office. Made an appointment for that afternoon, went back to have them hand me a prescription for a bacterial infection, and then CHARGE me a $20 co-pay for something they could have EASILY told me over the phone, and called in a prescription for. Then I receive an invoice in the mail, charging me another $20 co-pay for my original exam, so I called their billing department only to be told that "items outside of an annual exam were discussed" so they can charge me a co-pay. Absolutely ridiculous!! So an annual exam that in the past with Contemporary Care for Women would have, and should have cost $0.00 costs $40 wtih Goodman and Patridge. Ridiculous and I will not be back, they are just about the $, not about the patients at all! Not a good experience at all!
