its been over a month without service, two different technicians, l think 15 different customer service reps, mailed me a new modem, and then have the nerve to ask me for a payment. like really?!? l made my payment and closed my account. lol oh and my internet still didn't work after the payment. l havent been this frustrated in a long time. Looks like ill be making the switch to COX, maybe they have their shit together a little bit more.
