  • I decided I wanted to engrave a tin cup for my boyfriend. so before I did I called the things remembered in the mall and asked them all sorts of questions like can I bring this in etc.. One of the questions I MADE sure to ask was does the cup have to be smooth can it have bumps or be rough, the lady said no it doesn't! So I bought the cup thinking it was okay, I walk in talk to a man and he was like can I see the cup I said of course. He said I don't know if we can engrave this because of the bumps in it. I said I called to make sure before I purchased this. He brought it to the lady I talked to and she said oh I didn't know that is what you meant. I am VERY unhappy that I called and made sure and purchased and go in and I couldn't get it engraved. It would have been one thing to not call and just walk to in but I called.
