  • So upset right now. Pre ordered something for my son's birthday. Got the call to come pick it up. Went to pick it up and they don't have it anymore. They sold it. We asked the guy behind the desk what was the point of pre order then. He said to hold it when it comes in. We said, but you didn't. He said, no we didn't sorry. It was for my son's birthday tomorrow.
