  • In the Yonge and Dundas area, I would definitely choose Chachago over any of the other bubble tea shops. They have my favourite drink- Taiwanese taro milk tea- it is made with real taro and you can see the real taro paste in the cups at the back. They are like half full so you know you are getting a lot of the real stuff! The drink itself is delicious with taro chunks, Although it seems like a dessert but once your mix the milk tea together with the taro, it is perfect consistency and flavour! I have gone with no sugar both times as the taro is sweetened. Also, keep in mind if you are adding more toppings, the sweeter the drink will be. My fiancee ordered the Passion Fruit Rocket and I have to say I would definitely order this again if I was not feeling taro or milk tea. There are real passion fruit seeds and fruit in it and it also comes with Aiyu jelly. The drink is tart but super refreshing. I recommend getting this 30% sweet since half sweet is still sweet imo. The drinks come in only one size, which is the large so be prepared to pay a little more- it's worth it :) Lastly, I also tried their original bubble waffles. They are good and freshly made. They have various flavours and also square waffles where you can put in fruit and other things. If you want a snack, the bubble waffles are good but I have had better at Pacific mall. Stick to the drinks and you won't be disappointed!!
