  • Beautiful rooms but the lobby is weak.. The lobby is small and kind of in an awkward spot. It looks like they really cheaped out in designing the lobby lol I stayed in a one bed room suite - lots of modern finishings with of personal touches. The bathroom is beautiful by the way, marble everything! The beds were perfectly oversized and very comfortable. The living room area had a beautiful fireplace but it didn't work. The customer service here was excellent, every staff member that you come upon is very pleasant and helpful. Room service was good, lots of things to pick from. The amenities were a bit of disappointment.. the pool lacked proper drainage, which cause the whole pool area to be very slippery and the change rooms were extremely messy. Towels and garbage everywhere.
