  • I wish I had the option to give zero stars!!!! My one time trying to fly jet blue I booked a round trip for thanksgiving to see my family but MADE A HUMAN mistake, and booked for the wrong days accidentally. Realized this about a week after buying my ticket , I called told them about my honest mistake and wanted to reschedule my flight. They tried to CHARGE ME MORE MONEY to change it. Ridiculous! Looks like I won't be seeing my family for the holidays, thanks JetBlue!
