  • They are very nice and helpful until you become a resident. Once you are a resident you fill find that the facade will wear away and the apartments real problem will emerge. Issues I can attest to: 1. Parking: They don't have any... Every apartment comes with a reserved parking spot. Even if you rent a 3 bedroom with 4 roommates you will all get to share a SINGLE spot. Otherwise it's like battle royale for the uncovered (unreserved) parking spots. It's no wonder management is more than eager to tow any vehicle for any reason and has a "not my problem" attitude in general. 2. Security/Safety: They might as well sell the gates for scrap since they're always open. Cars are frequently broken into and siphoned for gas (I work less than a mile away yet I still managed to fill up the tank at least once a week until I got a locking gas cap) 3. Maintenance: You need to have insurance because the water heaters here tend to rupture. Not one, Not two, but THREE of my neighbors' water heaters have exploded. One of those time it leaked into my apartment. (Wonderful way to start your day.) Oh but then MINE started leaking and it took them 4 days and multiple office visits to pick up the phone to even have someone look at it. Thankfully it was in the utility closet outside so damage was minimized, however, my neighbors were not so lucky. 4. Electric: Is paying a $400 electric bill for a small one bedroom (741sqft) apartment normal? There are other reviews reguarding high electric bills. (One review APS found the apartments at fault) 5. Biker gangs (or something): Remember that parking problem? Now imagine coming home at 10 pm not being able to find a parking spot... and then finding 7-10 spots taken with 1 bike in it? How are there so many bikes here? Is there a motorcycle club I am not aware of? 6. Other Residents: There are plenty of friendly people living here but it seems like they're stuck in the 90's wearing those spiked emo belts and a 50 bracelet arm party. I can inspect my vehicle everyday and find a brand new scratch. There are kids running around even at odd hours of the night. PROS:?? Nothing you can't get somewhere else without worrying about water-damage or coming home at a reasonable hour only to find you're parking on the street. DON'T MOVE HERE. IF THIS PLACE HAS GOOD REVIEWS IT'S BECAUSE MANAGEMENT IS TRYING TO DROWN OUT THE RESIDENTS VOICES. THE CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT HAS NOT CHANGED ANYTHING MY WATER HEATER ISSUES WERE AFTER THE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER, NOT BEFORE.
