We've lived here for two years. The apartments are beautiful, the location is ideal - with quick access to the freeway, nothing is too far away. The reason for two stars? New Management. They are lazy and are only good at excuses. The back gates don't open? I was told they are 'exit' gates so they don't have to open (WTH?? So if the building is on fire, the fire department has to take the long way around?). When they were out of cleanup bags in the pet area, they informed me how expensive the bags were (I have a dog and clean up after her, I know cheap cleanup bags when I see/use them).
Since the management took over, I haven't seen the jacuzzi properly fixed in almost a year. Operations would be easier and financially easier if they paid the money to do the job right the first time.
We've had packages sitting in the back room for almost a month because we no longer receive notices like Pinnacle (the original management company) used to.
It's a shame that management has let this place go downhill. They're very polite and friendly, but gosh, for all the amenities they've taken away and all the things that are broken down, the fact that our rent will go up should we choose to renew our lease has us looking at other complexes and has me saying I could not recommend living here.
