I joined Club Pilates a little over a year ago and am so glad I did! I wanted to mix up my intense cardio workouts with strengthening and stretching and Pilates has done the trick! I also have a very bad back and because of Pilates my core has become so much stronger and my back does not "go out" as often. Corryn is the instructor I work with the most and she is just amazing - incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her craft.
