  • UGD came through again in a pinch. Adam came in and inspected everything in less than 20 minutes. He then diagnosed what the problem was....my 12 year old garage door opener was on it's last legs and I needed a new one. Adam explained all the pros/cons of the different types of openers and even came back the next day to do the install. Although, even the cheapest garage door opener including labor was a little pricey, it came with a warranty and even a labor warranty. Thanks UGD, Brandy, and Adam for the outstanding customer service and prompt response times.
