Apartments can be rented through the office or privately owned. We actually rent out from a private owner so my review is based on the environment. There is nothing luxury about it except the fountain at the entrance. The gates are broken every week, there is no where to park and obnoxious unsupervised kids terrorize the streets. We were barbequing on grills provided at the pool, with four friends at 3 pm on a Sunday afternoon and someone alerted management that loud underage drinking was occuring....we are all in our 30's and far from throwing a rager out there. We have horrifying neighbors that live under us. We have hardwood floors, though I'm not sure what others have as ours is privately owned. Every time I vaccuum they bang on the cieling, its ubsurd. Our assigned parking is down the street and around the corner and there is never anywhere else to park. Our mailbox is even farther. I've lived by MetroCenter, which was obviously horrifying, so I wouldn't say this is ghetto...but it's frustrating like any complex. The buildings have to be poorly insulated because I am very conscious of my power usage, shutting off lights when I leave the room and doing laundry after 7 to catch a break, but our APS bills range from $100 - $200 for a two bedroom. It's okay here, nothing spectacular or luxurious though.
