The absolute worst. The tellers don't care. No personal relationships being built. No one cares. It is filthy and old looking. Nothing is updated and hey haven't updated it in 20 years except the ATMs.
I am just a number and a transaction. They don't empower their people to make decisions. They don't sell you anything anymore and they are "supposed to focus on customer service" pppffff yea their service was as good as going to the social security office.
Didn't even ask how my day was going, didn't ask anything about me, didn't care.
I wish I took a pic but there was a half eaten doggie treat on the counter right in front of the counter where I'm trying to conduct transactions. I mean seriously people take pride in the place you work. This is absolutely insane to me that you can't clean a place where you work. Don't sh*t where you eat and sleep.
Stop saying welcome to Wells Fargo. It makes my skin crawl. Just greet me with a good morning or afternoon. I don't need to be welcomed anywhere. Stop being robots, you are people, not machines. Act like one.
