  • 45 min late pick up. 15 min late to take us to the airport. Do not stay at this hotel if you are a airport traveler. Extremely inefficient. And they kept lying and saying shuttle was on the way. Honesty would've allowed me to get a $20 cab and have piece of mind not to miss my shuttle.
