  • One of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I waited all day for the rep to come and measure my bathroom. He postponed several times and from a 9-10 am time frame, he finally showed up shortly after 6pm. This was my day off wasted! From the moment he walked into my house it was clear that he felt he was doing me a favor. Complete jerk. Spoke very disrespectfully to me and when i questioned a few things, he was dismissive. I threw him out of my house. I have never done that before but after that brief experience there is no way I would trust this guy or anyone from his company with the final step of my bathroom remodel. I went through Lowe's on all of my bathroom remodel supplies and received GREAT service in the store on every occasion. I did call Arizona Shower Door directly to complain but they had no resolve for me. I have complained to Lowe's too, but haven't heard back, other than to receive a refund on my $30 measuring fee. I used a local glass company and had my custom shower door created and installed very professionally. I may have spent a little bit more on it, but that was money well spent!
