Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Feel as though I was completely lied to.
Went to the dealership knowing the car I wanted. Simple sale for them. Cat was not ready and I was informed I could pick up Monday. They were going to tint the Windows, apply armour and oil change. When I came to get the car Monday tinting and armour was not done. I had to take a day off of work a week later to take the car in to do what they were supposed to have already done. I arrive at my appointment time to be told they can't tint the Windows today. I will have to take another day off of work and schedule another appointment for tinting. The dealership is 45 minutes from my home and this has been nothing but a mess. Have tried to request contact info for general manager and they refuse to provide the contact information. Customer service is terrible. They want a sale and could care less about the promises made in the sale.
