  • Really thankful to have found my plumber for life. I used roto rooter at first to help us with a leak in the attic and water softener problems. Roto rooter came in and didn't even know what was the issue, but tried to sell us a water conditioner without solving our problem. Roto rooter also referred us to a shady restoration company that racked up our insurance bill. After all of that, I decided to look up yelp and found CTR Plumbing and contacted Erik. He knew the issue over the phone, and came out earlier than scheduled and helped us out with the situation. Extremely professional and cares for your situation and laid out exactly what needs to get done. We've never been through this type of situation and I'm thankful that I found CTR Plumbing and will use them and refer them to anyone with plumbing issues.
