Carefree coverings failed to delivery quality product at our house. One of the roller shades broke a week after install and the business owner Gary charged me for replacing the shades. This is after I had patiently waited several months receiving my shades as the original measurements were incorrect. In addition, I had invested a lot of money in purchasing shades throughout my house, yet to them this basic courtesy of providing full service to their customer was not a priority. It's unfortunate that this company fails to realize that having a happy and satisfied customer is important.
