| - KJ Dim Sum and Seafood Restaurant is one of the better dim sum restaurants in Las Vegas. However, it's not on the Strip so you have to either taxi or drive there. The restaurant is decorated with floral, koi, and city scape prints. There's several tvs to watch sports.
They have really good Chinese pastries such as the Pineapple Bun (which was served warm, sweet, and coconutty), BBQ Roast Pork Pastry (which is triangular, sweet, savory, and sprinkled with sesame seeds), and Egg Custard Tart.
Other favorites included the Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, Shumai, Beef Balls (which consists of beef, water chestnut, and parsley and served with Lea and Perrin sauce), Chicken Feet, Crispy Beancurd (which was wrapped with shrimp and parsley), Beef Crepes, Shrimp Crepe (which was filled with large shrimp), and Chinese Broccoli (which was served with oyster sauce)
I don't recommend the following dishes: Vegetarian Spring Roll (as it wasn't warm) and Beef Ribs with bones (as there were bone fragments everywhere).
