  • Left my car to get detailed for myself on Mother's Day. They told me to show up at close 3 hours later to pick it up. $127 and 3 hours later, still not done, and I had to point out all the places they didn't clean. Manager had no sympathy or apologizes. Same service I had years ago, I was disappointed then and now. Even though I was told, "we have a really good detail team now". Waste of my money and time.
