I got a ticket and I paid for the wrong parking spot. Whatever, not a big deal. But what's ridiculous is that they say to pay in THREE days or it's on the tow list. So I call the number to see if I can pay over he phone, no one to speak to and no voicemail available. All the information I have is a P.O. box. How do I know it's legitimate?! That I'm not sending my private information to some scammer?! There is no website to look them up from, no one to speak to, no way in telling I didn't get some fake ticket, and no one at the lot to speak to!
