  • Horrible!!! Jared is not worth it!! The wedding and engagement ring that we purchased was supposed to be ordered but instead of doing that they sized it down 2 1/2 sizes!!! This location never took responsibility for doing that they blamed me! In 1yr 7 diamonds fell out of my rings. I contacted corporate and there were 3 accounts with different names on them. I kept every repair copy that take back cause these were traced to an imaginary account. Now had 12 diamond issues so far. I also was yelled at by an employee here for 20 minutes! Some blonde girl, heavier set, early 30s..Real rude! Went to other locations for 4 yrs and i knew better to go back here but I needed it inspected. I stood there for 40 minutes while autumn (he was real rude too) tried to find the account. I told him it was under my hubby's name. He said he's gonna go ahead and change that. NO!! WHY screw it all up again! Then he changed something cause I went to another location after this and it's all messed up again! There's 3 different accounts again. And my warrenty info is deleted and I still have a bad ring! When I say anything about it, they deny any wrong doing. It boils down to, all I want is an exchange for a defective item. So I don't have anymore issues. And never have walk in this store again! Please if your reading this and thinking of buying here. Don't!! Go somewhere else. Cause they lie and you will have nothing but problems with any merchandise purchased here. And I know of 1 other person they did the exact same thing to her too.
