rev:text	Guess what, "Gentle Dental"...our time is just as valuable as yours. If anything, more valuable. Don't bite the hand that feeds you! And as much as I will complain about this place, this terrible experience is mostly my fault for NOT taking the advice of all my fellow Yelpers and going with one sole referral who swore this place was the best. Timing- They can give two sh*** about your time and scheduling an appointment is more like getting yourself on a wait list. Everyone and their mamas will be seen before you. Period! Pack a sandwich cause the wait is LONG! Professionalism- None whatsoever. Rude girls up front. The girls in the back were very sweet but unfortunately, had no clue what they were doing. No offense, but you get what you pay for. As an employer, you should know this. Minimum wage salaries will give these kind of results. Procedures- Went in for a simple cleaning and it turned into 4 hours and like a scene for that scary movie nobody ever wants to experience. My daughters mouth was bleeding profusely to the point where I had to ask the dentist to stop because that much bleeding was not normal. It was painful for both my daughter and I. They did a crappy job on the cleaning and they also billed my insurance for a procedure I specifically told them would not be covered. HUGE HUGE lack of professionalism, knowledge and care for patients. Don't be fooled by their awesome, accommodating business hours because that's what got me! Take some time out of work and go to someone else. This place is far from gentle with your dental needs.
