Purchased $6,500 worth of furniture in one visit in early september and was told the items would be delivered 2 weeks after purchase, due to back-order. Half the items arrived 5 weeks later and I was told it would be 2-3 more weeks for the other half of my order to arrive, due to back orders. I waited three more weeks and no call. I called EQ3 headquarters and they told me it was sitting in the warehouse for over two weeks, I asked them why the warehouse in Montreal hadn't called and they weren't sure. I called the warehouse in Montreal and the employee told me he would call me back and never did. I called CIBC credit card services to start and investigation and I made a claim for reimbursement out of principle.
Since the case ID was created at CIBC nearly two weeks ago, I have still not received a call for an apology. Worse. Service. Ever.
