  • This apartment will ruin your life. Do NOT move here. To sum it up; you will move in to an apartment that is very old, dirty, appliances do not work, possibly roaches, no hot water, or no water at all. You will put in work orders 100 times and they will never contact you about them. Then when you move out, they will charge you 3 times your security deposit for everything you asked them to fix and they never did. Then you will be put in collections because no one will help you fix your situation. Corporate won't help you and the rude office ladies at the complex will lie and say you are responsible for all damages. Then you will have to decide if you want to take them to court. Move somewhere else, save your hard earned money. This complex and management company are so HORRIBLE.
