  • We are so lucky to have found Allison she worked with us over two years while we decided where to settle in Henderson. She was so helpful even when she knew we were not looking at moving for two years. She was so good about letting me keep her in the loop about the status of the sale of our home in NY. We had a minimum time constraint of 6 days in April when we flew from NY to NV to find a house. I had given Allison very specific specs that we wanted in a house. She made sure to give us 4 days while we were here to look at houses. We flew in late Tuesday night and we saw 13 houses between Wednesday and Thursday and by Thursday night we put in an offer and by Saturday they accepted. We also had great help from DJ one of the lenders Allison recommended. I am sure a big help was the Dear Seller letter Allison suggested write and include a family photo. I am so thrilled she was able to help us find our new home and is perfect for our family. My husband flew out 5 weeks before we did and the night we finally flew in Allison had stopped by earlier and brought my kids a cake and balloons that said welcome home she even asked what they are interested in for items to top the cake with! I even had a beautiful orchid waiting for me on top of the closing gift she game to my husband and I. If your looking for an amazing relator who is understanding and knows the ins and outs of the business then give Allison a call we would do it all over again with her. She also referred an amazing guy named Jose who does everything for us from landscaping, flooring, painting, cabinets, backsplash etc. Our house looks amazing it's so exciting
