  • Pork on a Fork - Exceptional!! Those of us who love BBQ just know when it is done right. Pork on a Fork does it right! All of the food is tasty, but the Baby Back Ribs might be the best that I have had outside of Texas. We picked up food for a party and the catering department had everything ready on time and well packaged for freshness. It is worth it to add the Baby Back Ribs to the main selection for a small additional fee. They included a full-sized BBQ sauce in three flavors, which our guests loved. We have also dined at their location, which is a throw-back to any of the BBQ joints that I have always found to have the best food (meaning, don't expect fancy). I usually try to include a downside for your consideration, but had to think hard for this one, so here goes - the restaurant is a little hard to find since it is in an office park. On second thought, the location is not a problem once you get in and have a Baby Back Rib.
