  • Those guys are great and I'm very thankful to them! I have an older computer with lots of pictures and important documents that were very important. One day my computer crashed and the hard disk stopped working!!!! I was devastated since a lot of the information was very personal. I went to a few places, some of them told me there is nothing that I can do about it, and only one place told me he could fix it and pull out all the memory but the price was extremely expensive. The guy saw that the information on the hard disk was very important to me and wanted to take advantage. I almost did it and paid the price, but then my friend came and told me to call Duke of Computers. I called right away and asked when was a good time for me to come in to get my hard disk checked. I was very surprised to hear that they can come to my house and solve the problem . With a very busy schedule and not much time during the day that was perfect for me! After work, I made an appointment with Daniel to come over and check out if he can do something about my hard disk. He came to my house was very respectful and professional checked my hard disk and said he can get it fixed within 24 hours and that he will be very careful with the information on my hard disk. After talking about the prices and explaining him my last estimate which was out of my budget, Daniel gave me a very fair price that was within my budget. I wanted to pay right away and he said only after the job is done just to make sure I'm satisfied. The day after Daniel called with the great news, he had all my pictures and documents. Came back to my house and dropped off the hard drive. I even didn't had to leave the house!! Thank you Daniel! Thank you Duke of Computers for a great service I'll definitely recommend those guys to all my friends and definitely call them with any problem with my computer!!!!!
