Came in here with my girlfriend. She was still panicking from last night when her phone was stolen at the club.
Matt greeted us and began remedying the situation. We didn't have access to our icloud (locked out due to security). And needed to reactivate the phone line after disabling it.
After an hour and a half of issue after issue, Matt had to leave us to take his lunch. (He was over an hour late for lunch)
We continued to address issues with Johnny. While waiting for my girlfriend's mother to resolve the reactivation and billing, Johnny stayed with us and kept us company.
3 long hours passed. We finally resolved the issue and got a brand new Red iPhone 7. Johnny finished the process, helping us install the new screen protector bought, restore access to icloud and syncing, the whole nine yards.
The process sucked. Really bad.
But the employees really made it ten times better.
