I have never had any issues with this company until now even though I never got an inspection upon mobe in. I've been residing in this property since 09/2013. All my maintenance issues were completed timely until they merged with this new company A4HR. Trying to contact Susana Perez since May 2017 regarding increased water bill. Left several messages and emails. Her customer service is an all time below 0. Water Bill increased due to maintenance issue beyond my control. Sent the bills to Ms. Perez for assistance with paying the bill. No response and it's now July, smh. This is ridiculous, and supposedly she's the only one in the whole office that can make a decision. This has got to be the most unprofessional staff ever. Prime example that companies need to screen the employees that are representing their company if they are trying to excel. 1 person can make your company look bad but I'm sure you don't care. If I paid my rent the way you responded to your tenants needs, I would be evicted
