  • Slow slow slow service No concern at all from employees about the length of time to have meal served. I sat at the bar on a quiet Thursday evening and ordered dinner and a draft beer. The beer was warm and I waited over 45 minutes and my meal never came. Not one employee seemed concerned that I was sitting there with no food and was never even offered bread. I finally asked to pay for my beer and ended up leaving without eating. I shall never return to the Walnut Grille. I asked for the manager and after another five minutes he came over. We spoke, he offered to buy my meal and I passed, he offered to buy my next meal and I passed. I ended up leaving without eating and will not return. Stopped at Sonic drive thru on way home and had my dinner in the car. At least the food was hot and quick and the drink was cold.
