  • Miles at Walt's TV was great to work with per messaging and phone contact for our 49" Samsung QLED purchase. He was always prompt with responding to my many questions, and gave me the best price I could find, and was delivered in less than 24 hours. We met Ethan, who went above and beyond as our tech! We found him to be polite, as well as knowledgeable. He plugged the TV in, then checked it out as we were told he would. With no deliveries until later, Ethan also set it up for us as a FREE courtesy. Hook-up was efficient, followed by a quick lesson on the TV settings. Ethan had me do hands-on practice with the remote until I was comfortable, before he left our condo. We will surely use and recommend Walt's TV to family and friends!
