  • The food was pretty good but he service was wretched! After sitting and waiting for my food for 45 minutes (a bagel sandwich) I finally asked if it would be up soon. Only to be asked repeatedly if I had even paid for the food. After presenting m receipt, the cook came and brought the food about 4 minutes later and then asked ME why the food never shows up in the kitchen as if I was responsible for their counter communication. And I wasn't the only one. I heard her speak sharply to a woman who had ordered no tomatoes. When they brought out her food with no tomatoes on the sandwich but with tomatoes on the salad, she told the woman that the check was wrong and it only said no tomatoes on her sandwich as if SHE had put in the order on the computer. The other star is because the wifi is good. I came here to do some work and thought I'd be here long enough to have a sandwich but I ended up here an hour longer than I needed to be waiting on food! Ugh!! --------- Ok, I edited to three stars. They offered me a piece of coffee cake and apologized. I'm a sucker for coffee cake.
