  • WOOOOOOOOO! That was some badass meat. Stopped in for lunch and got the cumin beef tacos on lunch special. The tacos were LOADED with beef, which was extremely flavorful. The cumin flavor is readily apparent and the juices from the meat soak into the tortilla and drip drip drip everywhere. This is my kinda juice cleanse. Disclaimer: the tacos will fall apart as no tortilla was made to endure this quantity or juiciness of meats. While I appreciate sturdy sandwich/taco vessels, the flavor here more than compensates. Don't be shy - get in there and attack the tacos with each bite. Given it is a butcher shop, I also wanted to try a cut of meat. After looking through the variety of meats showcased, this 'want' became a 'need'. My mouth watered and my limbs lost functionality as my eyes fluttered from the korean pork terrine to the mexican mole sausage. My hearted pounding, I finally settled on an old reliable friend - Canadian bacon. I cooked a few bacon slices as a side dish to my tacos. Awesome. Way better than any side salad. I'VE GOT THE MEATS.
