rev:text	Hi!!! To anyone out there who is interested in filing a class action lawsuit against greystar property management. . I myself will be filing in superior court regarding my 6 month lease that ended on 4/10/15 .. The Colonnade and The Greystar Management needs a rude awakening. .. The 6months I lived there has absolutely ruined me I just called yesterday for my security deposit back that will never happen. . I have a heart condition, and I am a clean freak they never did a walk through but I did on my phone and they never did a walk out but I did. . I spent 4 of the 6 months with no water, or hot water, no air, or heat, through renovations, that kept me awake. . I finally just slept in my car ... I have all documentation and pictures of all the violations they commit. . I served them every notice from the legal aid at the downtown court they never fixed or did a single thing. I received an 8 page letter from there attorney Scott Clark saying they have done nothing wrong... i honestly could tell so many more issues . I filed with attorney general and I have had every door shut in my face. .. I am on social security disability my case worker couldn't stand in my apt it was so hot in November , no ventilation , they took a $87.50 sure deposit and $250 cash for 4 wall dump that was my worst nightmare. . In 2014-2015 they have 18 complaints with the BBB ... I can't believe they get away with this ..... Please before I file on my own if anyone out would like to stop them from ever renting or running any property they shouldn't be allowed to run a duplex let alone all the properties they manage all have complaints they are the finest slum lords ..I have ever seen and they are good at it don't be fooled by the 3.5 million dollar renovation signs ... how about 3 dollar renovation and Beyonce you couldn't run a taco bell let alone a property.. nothing but a contact me... do not rent from greystar ever. ..
