  • Quality Inn and Suites is anything but Quality. If they didn't offer the airport shuttle service, I honestly believe they wouldn't have any guests. When we arrived, I took a shower...and made the mistake of looking up. The ceiling in the shower (room 205) had NEVER been cleaned, and it was covered in dirt and boogers. Oh yes, lots of boogs had been deposited there, and the cleaning staff never bothered to get rid of them. We slept Ok, although the room fan was needed to deaden the noise between rooms. When I woke up, I had three tiny bites on my right foot. They were not mosquito bites, so I'm guessing bed bugs, although I don't have anything to compare them to. Anyhow. They get a couple of stars for the shuttle, long term parking and breakfast, but everything else was terrible.
