| - Easy access from the freeway and plenty of parking for their customers. The place is a very nice, classy, clean, and well lit. I remember when they used to be located in Cleveland by the on-ramp of 90 but never set foot in there. I'm very happy they moved over to Beachwood and it was no doubt the best decision they could make. The staff there are nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable about their products. I have gone there on some occasions to both window shop, and actually purchase items (mainly watches), and they treat me respectfully and nicely either way even when they know I'm just looking around. Their selection of watches is quite large but easy to navigate. Again, there's always someone there able to answer any questions and help. They always have at least one person moving around the store washing, or dusting anything off so the place is always immaculate. I do glance at some of their female jewelry and they look elegant and plentiful, though I have never bought one of those items from them so I can't get too much into detail. I can't speak for their other items, but pricing for their watches are fairly competitive and definitely worth getting a quote from. When I purchase a timepiece this is one of my go-to places, and you won't be disappointed.
