  • During the height of the "Bennifer" madness, back in 2002, I was having dinner here with my family and SHE came in to eat. It was neat watching the buzz spread around the restaurant, seeing the waitstaff all whispering, and then her being whisked into the patio room. Ahh memories. Well, the food was good then and it's still good. We have a Mon Ami Gabi in Chicago, but my husband and I had a $25 gift card and were trying to stay under budget in Vegas so we decided to come here anyway. Where else can you get an awesome perfectly-cooked (medium rare) hangar steak with MERLOT butter (yumm) for under $20----wait, what!? Oh it's $10 more in Vegas. Since we were there for brunch anyways, we decided to skip the big steak. We still got the steamed artichoke (excellent as always) and tried the potato and brie soup. The soup was awesome! We also had the eggs benedict on steak which was really tasty, if a bit overcooked. The steak was really thin so it came out pretty well done. We also indulged in the blueberry sage martini which was fantastic. 3 drinks and all that food ended up at about $70. Not too bad for Vegas.
