  • I was covered under a warranty with the manufacturer who scheduled this company and appt...waited 10 days just for the first service call...then was told by the company service man that he had to order a part thru the manufacturer and he should be back in a week...after 2 1/2 weeks after the first appointment we called Appliance Doctor and the receptionist said they received the part over a week ago and didn't call because they were so busy and could not schedule for another later?! In total, we waited almost a month for the service to be completed. No apologies from them. Needless to say I will never use them.
