  • I'm a fan of Downtown Container Park. It's a family-friendly haven offering all the excitement and energy of Vegas without the ringing of casinos and stomping of stilettos. Stacked containers hold a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars and wrap around a giant playground (kid AND adult-friendly!) plus a lawn area/stage showcasing live entertainment. I've enjoyed the musical performances and restaurant experiences... and the playground ain't so bad either. This "park" is free entry, so go on and check it out if you're in the area!
