  • I called Rick when we had a pump leaking and the bigger companies couldn't come out for over a week. Rick came out the same day and replaced the pump. The price was fair and he gave us several options to save some money. He also gave us a good guide to doing the basic maintenance ourselves and answered all of our questions. I would call Spa Doctor again if we have any problems with our spa in the future.
