  • Best Steak I've Ever Had. I dream about this steak. Now, lets take a step back. Of course make a reservation. My party made a reservation well in advance and requested to sit in the patio overlooking the Bellagio fountain. It was July and hot as balls, so they gratefully did not seat us outside, but we had a window seat to see the wonderful fountain show time and time again. It was great. Now the Steak. A good steak needs no additional sauces. This one did not, it melted in your mouth. However, they provide sauces and they were so good. Such a great compliment to an already great piece of meat. It's a beautiful restaurant. It's classy but not overly done. The staff are knowledgable and warm. It's an overall great experience. Anytime I am in Las Vegas I will be eating there.
