  • I contacted them for a repair work for my roof, and sent them an email with the work that's required and property location. Got a call back withing 24 hours - the guy sounded very humble and friendly. The home was outside their work area but i still appreciate their prompt response - others would have totally ignored the email and would have kept me waiting. 4 star is totally for their good behavior and promptness.
