  • Yesterday my boyfriend and I had gone into this location only intending on looking at the iPhone X. Usually going into phone stores I get very impatient and hate dealing with all the fuss, but Raoul was able to change my outlook on experiences here. He was our Associate and he was very professional, helpful & friendly. He ended up setting us up with an added line as well as an iPhone X & an iPhone 8 Plus!! He told us every little bit of helpful information about both phones and we couldn't say no! His customer service skills are at an all-time high!!! He was very patient with the process of helping us add a line and was easy to spark up a conversation with. He has a great personality and only made our experience nothing less than the best. If you go into this location, ask for Raoul if he is there! He really is the best and I look forward to seeing him every time I go into the store!
