  • Not impressed with the goods....burgers were marginal, but fries were decent although the ticket time for a side order was approximately 20 mins, and the staff was very polite and attentive (that might be because we were the only two people in there at the time which was roughly 530pm). Men's bathroom was run down (faucet falling off the wall), dirty, and smelled like stale urine....I understand it is a bathroom but it doesn't have to smell that way! My biggest beef is the price of liquor.....$7.50 for a call brand liquor (we ordered Captain Morgan/Coke and Malibu/Pineapple) served in rocks glasses. This establishment is no where near trendy enough to be running these kind of prices. I have bar tending experience and have travelled enough to know when to pay those prices and Charr is not it. Happy hour ran from 330-500(or close to that). This didn't make much sense to me...during the week most people are barely out of work by 5. I might return for food only if I happen to be in the area, but will never seek out or recommend Charr.
