Bad, bad experience with service at this location. If you can get the service advisor to look up from her phone and stop texting, you might be able to get your order written up correctly. Be sure to let them know you have a service agreement BEFORE you sign anything or you will be charged extensively and they won't refund anything.
And if you don't have a service contract, don't buy one here because they don't like warranty work. I had a problem with the transmission and they kept the car for two days and told me it was fine, that they could find nothing wrong. I ended up going to another local Chrysler dealer in Robinson, who promptly replaced the valve body at no charge under the lifetime power-train warranty.
I purchased this car at another dealer because when I visited this dealership under the last owner I walked around the parking lot for over an hour with a sight draft from the bank in my hand and was unsuccessful in finding anyone who wanted to sell me a car. New owner = same indifference to making things right.
