  • For over two years I used Bulwark and they for the most part did a great job. I had the same technician for the whole time and he was reliable and friendly. Then they changed technicians and it seemed I was get the bottom dwellers. One guy was so rude that when he came into my house he almost demanded to lay one of my musical instruments. Bigger issues ensued. Some months they would not call to schedule an appointment or the only times I could get was when I was at work. I have a few dogs and I like to be home to keep them out of the yard when the tech sprays. It is now mid November and Bulwark has not been to my house in over six weeks. They never called to schedule an appointment in October and nothing in November. In the past my monthly service was like clock work. Sure I could call them and ask them what's up but clearly they either have no interest in fulfilling their service contract with me or they are too unorganized to figure out they have missed me for two months. I am going to go with another company.
