| - Will never shop here agin after spending over the years close to &20,000.00 to $30,000. I called to speak to a manager (which seems to change quite often) about a $98.00 plastic and svwarski crystal bracelet that I recently purchased that fell apart on me after about four wears. I was told I wasn't in the system after giving him both my and my mothers name and was told that I had no recourse, and in not so many word was told that it was probably my fault that it broke. Customer service is everything especially since MK isn't as popular as it used to be. I am highly disappointed that I went from being greeted with champagne by my favorite manager Sara, to be told I basically don't exist. All I wanted was the same customer service that I have had in my past experiences, and my bracelet replaced. No cash had to be involved. Attached are pictures, just a few of the bags I have purchased at the Scottsdale fashion square location. Although "I'm not in the system" also the bracelet that I thought brought me luck, but now, not so much. You have lost a good customer in me, my mother and my brother. Take a page from Nordstrom's book, treat the customer the way we should be treated. If u are at ALL unhappy come back, anytime anywhere.
